1.2 You can choose the pick-up shop when check out

2.1 FREE delivery for net purchase over HKD500
2.2 For net purchase below HKD500: 2.3 Normally it may takes 1-4 working days for the delivery time.
2.4 For the pre-order products, suggested to contact us to confirm the available date before purchase. 
 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

1. We support SF express and Hong Kong Post e-express 
2. FREE delivery for net purchase over HKD1,000
3. For net purchase below HKD1,000:
4. Delivery charge: HK$150.00 for the first 1kg,parcel over 1kg will require extra charges
5. Delivery time is vary on location

We put every effort into getting your order delivered. We will contact you via phone or email if the first attempt fails. If unfortunately the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is requested.

Add-on Service

• HKD100 delivery charge for urgent delivery (same day or  next day delivery) to all hospitals and major areas in Hong Kong (order by 12nn, Mon-Fri)
• HKD200 delivery charge to non-major areas and other outlying islands in Hong Kong
• HKD200 for urgent delivery (e.g. same-day delivery to non-major areas in Hong Kong; and delivery at weekends or public holidays)
• HKD100 for specific time delivery

RETURN POLICY

1. All the photos are provided by the brand supplier. Color difference was not accepted as goods exchange or return. 
2. All products size may have 1-3cm discrepancy.
3. For the goods exchange, make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging. If for any reason the item your ordered did not arrive in a perfect condition or with any fault, please let us know and we will sort it out.
4. Refund are not accepted.
5. We offer a 14-Day Replacement policy. Shipping fee are not included.
6. If your order is  out of stocks, 100% refund.
